We’re focused on Cultivating the future of Organic Growing in Wales

So we’re really grateful to be able to work with some cutting-edge, regenerative local farms to help our vision become a reality.

Welsh Suppliers

Kate and Callum are growing right on the Pembrokeshire coast and all that warm sea spray does wonders for their produce- we buy any excess they have after their popular box and wholesale rounds have been fulfilled. Watch out for their excellent broad beans come June!

Adam and Dee are real specialists at market gardening at scale- their produce is sold all over the UK to chefs and kitchens looking for something unique to put on their plates. We buy a lot from them but its worth looking for their Kalibos Cabbage, aigrette, heirloom tomatoes, chicory and kalettes.

Rufus and Ffion have been growing for years and have worked on some of the best farms across the country- newly certified on their land here we’re really excited to welcome them to the family! They are specialists in producing dye plants and edible flowers, and we can’t wait to stock their squashes and salads.

David and Katherine have been growing on their Crickhowell site for over 5 years, they’ve now bought some land out West nearby and are scaling up production. Key growers for the Welsh Veg in Schools scheme we’ve been enjoying their brassicas all autumn and winter.

Lucy and the team at CwmCou grow really flavourful top fruit, and run a market garden too. When they have a surplus of either we’re lucky enough to be on their call list! Look our for the Welsh apple- Bardsey- in the season, and their range of Chillis in the Autumn.

We’ve known Emma and cee-cee since the beginning of their West Wales journey; cultivating log-grown Shiitakes outdoors, and various types of beautiful Oyster Mushrooms in their low carbon-footprint mushroom barn. They are really exceptional producers cultivating really exceptional produce in the most eco-friendly way possible.
